open to individuals who are legal residents of one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia and at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (each a "Participant", collectively the "Participants"). Any Participant who has not yet reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which he/she resides (18, except AL and NE, 19, or MS, 21) (a "Minor") will need to obtain permission from his/her parent/legal guardian ("Parent") in order to enter and if chosen as a winner, the Prize will be awarded in the name of his/her Parent.
Limit: One (1) entry per person/email account/phone number per Weekly Sweepstakes Period.
Prizes (12): There shall be three (3) Winners for each Weekly Sweepstakes for a total of twelve (12) Winners in the entire Sweepstakes. Each Winner shall be awarded one (1) prize themed on the Nickelodeon animated television program entitled "Shimmer and Shine" which shall be determined based on whichever Weekly Sweepstakes in which he/she was selected as a winner (each a "Prize", collectively the "Prizes"). The Weekly Sweepstakes' Prizes and their corresponding approximate retail value ("ARV") are set forth in the chart below:
