HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Promotion Period, purchase any RUFFLES® product and look for the 9 to 11-digit product code ("Code") located below the "guaranteed fresh" statement on the front of the RUFFLES® brand bag. To obtain a Code without making a purchase, send a 3" x 5" card with your full name, address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, and email address to be received by January 24, 2017 to: Ruffles Home Court Advantage Code Request, PO Box 760031, Dept. 879-712, El Paso, TX 88576-0031. Code will be emailed to the email address listed on the 3" x 5" card. Limit one (1) free Code per request per stamped-outer envelope.
During the Promotion Period, and upon obtaining a Code, visit www.ruffles.com ("Web site") and follow the online instructions to complete these steps:
Step 1: Choose your NBA team ("NBA Team"). If your NBA Team isn't playing at home during the corresponding NBA Week, you will be required to choose another NBA Team or save your Code for an Entry Period corresponding to an NBA Week in which your NBA Team will play.
Step 2: Input your Code (as defined above).
Step 3: Select the name of the retailer/store where you purchased your RUFFLES® brand bag or where you would normally shop for RUFFLES® brand products (if you received your Code via email). If your retailer/store is not listed, select "General Grocery" or "General Convenient Store" (whichever is most accurate) to participate in this National Promotion.
Step 4: Register for the Promotion by entering your first name, last name, date of birth, email address and zip code. Submit your entry as indicated on the Web site.
If your NBA Team wins one or more home games corresponding to the Entry Period in which your Code was entered, you will receive one (1) entry for each Code entered during that Entry Period into the corresponding random drawing for a chance to win a prize in the National Promotion Prize Pool. It is nice quality. However the inside of the hood says Ruffles all over it.
I won 5 prizes but only one showed up. I called Frito Lay today and they said that my other prizes were canceled because it was one per household. I got 5 email confirmations for the different prizes that I won. I think that it is not fair to tell me that I won but not ship the prizes. It is their fault that they sent out those confirmation emails.

It sucks you won't be getting the rest of the prizes. It would have been nice if they told you and given you the option to choose the prize you really wanted.
Now did you win all those prizes during the same entry period? I only won the glasses so I didn't have the problem. I thought the rules mentioned 1 win per household during each entry period. If they were from different entry periods I would think you were still entitled to those prizes.
