NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: The ROXUL "When Seconds Count" Promotion (the "Promotion") is sponsored by ROXUL Inc. ("Sponsor"). The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on October 1, 2016 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on October 31, 2016 (the "Promotion Period").

ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of primary residence at time of entry and to legal United States residents residing in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories and possessions) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliated partners, agents, distributor network, their respective advertising or promotional agencies (such entities, collectively, the "Promotion Entities") or members of any such employee's immediate family (regardless of where they live) or persons with whom such employees reside (whether related or not) are ineligible to enter or win. "Immediate family" includes spouses or domestic partners and parents, siblings, children and their spouses and domestic partners. Commercial customers of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION: During the Promotion Period, visit https://www.roxulfiresafety.com (the "Promotion Website") and complete the online entry form (the "Entry Form") with your full name, complete mailing address (including postal or zip code), telephone number (including area code), and a valid email address; confirm that you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and indicate if you wish to receive information regarding upcoming events and/or promotions from the Sponsor (optional). Next, click "Submit" to receive one (1) entry ("Entry") in the Promotion. There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person into the Promotion. You may only use one (1) email address to enter the Promotion. In the event it is determined that an entrant has entered in a fashion not sanctioned by these Official Rules and/or has submitted more than the number of Entries permitted by these Official Rules, the entrant will be disqualified and all of the Entries submitted by the entrant will be disqualified.

GRAND PRIZE DRAW: One (1) random draw for the Grand Prize will be conducted by an independent promotion organization on November 3, 2016 in Oakville, Ontario at 10:00 am ET from among all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. The odds of being selected as a Grand Prize selected entrant (the "Selected Entrant") will depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period.

The Grand Prize selected entrant will be contacted by telephone and/or email within three (3) business days of the Grand Prize Draw Date.

GRAND PRIZE: There is one (1) grand prize (the "Grand Prize") available to be won consisting of $5,000.00. This will be issued in the form of a cheque made payable to the winner as his/her name appears on the Release Form or Declaration/Release, whichever is applicable (see Rule 6 & 7). The currency of the cheque will be dependent upon whether the winner resides in the U.S. or Canada. A resident of the U.S. will receive a cheque for $5,000.00 (USD). A resident of Canada will receive a cheque for $5,000.00 (CDN).

Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution and is not transferable.
