Costco.com $25 off $250 coupon available in store
I just came back home from Costco. I found they have a whole shelf of coupons for Costco.com purchase. I have tested one and it works. Each one is good for $25 off $250 purchase on Costco.com and have different 7digit code on them and expires on 12/31/2016. You may save another 5% by using Chase Freedom or other cards that offer you additional cashback.
Do not PM me to ask for code. I leave the coupons there for other people to pick up and only get a couple for myself.
Below are the fine prints:
Only valid on Costco.com. Not valid in warehouse. One coupon code per Costco member. Ineligible purchases include: new Costco memberships, Costco membership renewal, gift of membership, tires, online gift certificates, Costco Cash cards, custom installation services and online-digital printe orders. Not valid for orders at the online Pharmacy, Costco Travel or Costco Business Delivery. THe merchandise total in your cart must equal $250 or ore before tax and shipping to receive the $25 off. The coupon code must be entered in the promo code box at checkout to be valid. This offer may not be combined with any other offer or promotion. Offer expires 12/31/2016.

It seems it does not really need $250+ in cart to apply the code. It took $25 off my order of less than $200.

Update: Just picked up another 500 of them from Costco. If you need a code go to post 1078- ashimashiupdate 11/27 9EST: Someone deleted the coupons early in the morning . I restored it to the time when that individual deleted all the codes. Some codes may have been used already though so codes are YMMV. Please delete the ones that are used.

Since they're a free for all, I think a lot of people just grab a ton. I remember I had seen some, didn't take any and when I went back to grab one because I found something I wanted to buy online, they were gone (they had a bunch too).

Receipt checkers as you leave the warehouse, handing them out.
Near the entrance where the VISA credit card station is, handing them out as well.
Otherwise I would probably try member services, describe what the coupon looks like and they probably have a stack of them lying around. Sometimes they're just sitting out on the counters and people take 1 or "a few" ...
Sorry I DO NOT have any to give away, just sharing my experiences.
I found them at a table in front of the blinds display.
