FYI, I just got screwed by their slimy price match policy. Their online price match terms state verbatim they do not match pricing from Thanksgiving to Cyber Monday (implying days, not weeks of). When I drove to the store last night to match the PS4 Pro sale, they decided "Thanksgiving" meant the week of Thanksgiving to Cyber Monday.

After that frustration, I called customer service, they said the same thing, and apologized for the ambiguity in the way the policy was worded. I asked, "well if the word Thanksgiving really means the week of Thanksgiving, what does the ending date Cyber Monday mean? Does it mean the price match exclusion ends on Monday, or the week of Cyber Monday? If it's the week of, does that mean it ends on the Saturday following Cyber Monday?". The rep couldn't provide an answer, but said she could totally understand the issue and that she would look into it.

I live about 15 min from TRU, so, although I was rightfully annoyed, this wasn't a huge deal to me. If I had driven 30 min to an hour and gone through this, I would have been furious! They promised me they'd update the policy to make it clear, but knowing the buffoons at corporate retail stores like this, I'm not keeping my hopes up.

So, heads up! Be cautious with attempting price matches around the holiday season at TRU. Sorry for the long post.

Are you talking about taking advantage of the current Toys R Us promos (there are quite a few)? I think the way to do it is to buy the same things with a GC and then return the order(s) you bought with CC.
