Once your in, you'll never get out! 12 hours and counting on the phone and in chat, I've been transferred so many times I want to cry. Not one of the departments has any power to do anything about anything and it's always the next rep that will absolutely positively be able to resolve the problem right away!
"Please allow me 2-3 minutes to check that for you."
"Will you please repeat everything you said to everyone 3000 times already?"
"Will you confirm your identity every time you are transferred?"
"Everything is ok on my end, let me transfer you."
"We're sorry, while you were on hold after being transferred for the 800th time our offices have closed..." WHAT!?!?!?!
The hold music... oh the humanity!!!!
I'm on hold right now, with chat AND on the phone...
I got a $35 gift card from re-use (plus $100 bonus dell card) for my old xbox one and it is the devil, it broke dell. Now I have too much in gift cards with purchase I can't abandon ship... Stupid gift cards with purchase... never, ever, ever, again....

I've been warning the lounge for years that Dell has the worst customer service of any company. Guess you didn't listen.
I ended up snail mailing them and received 2 $200.00 Egift cards in stead of the one $200.00 card that I had never received in the first place.
