It seems any lens, dslr or mirrorless will qualify. You have to purchase camera/lens first and then fill out the form and send trade-in. They will send you a prepaid label.
Upon receipt of the traded in lens/camera, they will contract you based on the info from the form and refund will be given back to your original payment method. They will also send you a check for the value of the traded-in item. That value will depend on their appraisal, of course

all eligible products [adorama.com] - this stacks with the new
Sony IR's [adorama.com] as well. I noticed on IR page, those bodies come with an extra $200gc, SLICK!
- Make sure when you fill out the form, you put in your order #
- In the source code field, put SLICKSONY for expedited processing.

Wish it could be combined with AMEX $25/$250 offer. Does anyone know if Adorama allow more than 1 GC to be applied along with credit card payment?
Was planning to buy multiple $250 GCs.

Yes, you can use 4 gift cards and a credit card!

the $25 credit will be applied only once. even if you buy multiple gc's you will not get additional credit though they are separate transactions. please see fine print.

I currently have an A7R, but I really would love the A7R2
the A7 is an amazing camera. You will get great shots even in plain auto mode. A good start would be the A7II. if you don't want to put that much money then Sony A6000 is a very good starter camera. Always available for less than $550.
Each GC will be purchased with a different AMEX card so I would save additional $100. Thanks for your reminder though.
Great! Thanks for the information. Repped!
Most likely he has multiple Amex cards..
slick! better than used prices if you are looking to buy. I am sure these are being cleared out for mk3 launch.
