A PURCHASE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE IS NOT REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE NOR WILL IT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

SWEEPSTAKES OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND WASHINGTON D.C. WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY.

NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRIZE.

ELIGIBILITY:

The Root:1 #ShareAGlass Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C. who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Winebow Inc. ("Sponsor"), its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies involved in the promotion, including Marden-Kane Inc. (the "Administrator") (collectively the "Releasees"), state alcohol beverage commissions, alcoholic beverage manufacturers, distributors, and retailers, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, and children) or members of the same household of any of the foregoing are not eligible to participate. Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES:

Participation in this Promotion constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor's and Administrator's decisions. These decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion. Receipt of a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all applicable requirements set forth herein. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

TIMING:

The Promotion begins on November 1, 2016 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET"), and ends on January 31, 2017 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period"). The Sponsor's computer, or that of its designee, runs the official clock for the Promotion and will solely determine the time by which an entry is received.

HOW TO ENTER:

During the Promotion Period go to www.ShareaglasswithRoot1.com (the "Web Site") and follow the on-screen instructions: (i) complete the registration form by providing the information required; (ii) check the box confirming you have read these Official Rules and are at least 21 years of age; and (iii) click on the submit button to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire promotional period, not including the bonus entry opportunities described below.

Bonus Entry (optional):

An entrant can earn Bonus Entries as follows:

Existing Root:1 Community Members will automatically receive two (2) bonus entries;
Entrants who sign up to become a Root:1 Community Member will automatically receive one (1) bonus entry;
Entrants who post a photo or share a short story about #shareaglass with Root:1 will automatically receive five (5) bonus entries: in the space provided on the Entry form, in 50 words or less describe how you #shareaglass of Root:1 with friends and family and/or upload a good quality photo of your depiction of #shareaglass, using a jpeg electronic format that does not exceed 1 MB in size.
By uploading your Photo or Essay, you agree that your Photo or Essay (1) conforms to the Guidelines and Content Restrictions below; and (2) Sponsor and/or Administrator, in its sole discretion, and without notice, may remove your Photo or Essay and disqualify you from the Promotion if it determines that your Photo or Essay fails to conform to the Guidelines and Content Restrictions or otherwise with the terms of these Official Rules.

Photo and Essay Guidelines and Content Restrictions:

The Photo or Essay must not contain material that violates or infringes another's rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights;
The Photo or Essay must not contain any use of the names, likenesses, photographs, or other identifying elements, in whole or in part, of any person, living, or dead without permission (proof of which in all cases must be provided to the Contest Entities upon request in a form satisfactory to Contest Entities):
The Photo or Essay must not disparage or embarrass Sponsor or any other person or party affiliated with the promotion and administration of this Sweepstakes;
The Photo or Essay must not feature brand names or trademarks of others except of Winebow Inc.;
The Photo must be an original photo owned or authorized for use by Entrant and cannot be edited or manipulated (such as the use of Photo Shop, adding words to the Photo etc.) in any way;
The Photo or Essay must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
The Photo or Essay must not contain any materials relating to lotteries, gambling, tobacco, drugs, pornography, adult-oriented content or any other sexually-explicit material;
The Photo or Essay must not contain anything that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and
The Photo or Essay must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where Photo or Essay are created.
If the Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that the content of the entry is obscene, offensive, inappropriate, or unacceptable for any reason, the entry will not be eligible for any prize consideration and may be withdrawn without notice from the Sweepstakes at any time at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and/or Administrator.

DRAWING:

On or about February 7, 2017, a random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received throughout the entire Promotion Period by Marden-Kane, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION:

Potential Grand Winners will be notified on or about February 8, 2017. Potential Grand Prize Winners will be required to complete, sign, and return [1] an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and; where legal, a Publicity Release (collectively the "Affidavit"); [2] a Travel Release Form; and [3] an Entrant Agreement and Release and Participant Agreement and Release Form, if applicable. Completed documents must be returned within five (5) business days from prize notification date or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate potential winner. If a potential Winner (i) cannot be contacted after a reasonable attempt has been made by the Sponsor or Administrator; (ii) fails to timely return the required paperwork without alteration and in the form presented by Sponsor or Administrator; (iii) refuses the prize; and/or (iv) the prize or prize notification is rejected or returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to be deemed a winner in the Promotion and receive the prize, then that potential prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be selected, time permitting. Prize must be accepted as awarded.

PRIZES AND PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:

Three (3) Grand Prize Winners: Each verified Winner will receive a $500 Travel Voucher so he/she can visit their special someone. Approximate Retail Value (the "ARV"): $500.00 each. One Hundred (100) First Prize Winners: Each Winner will receive a Wine Tumbler. ARV. $2.00 each. Total ARV of all prizes: $1,700.00. No alcoholic beverages are included in the prize.

The Travel Voucher prize will be awarded in the form of a voucher valued at $500; and may only be redeemed by the Winner named printed thereon. Confirmation of travel bookings will be at the sole discretion of the designated Travel Agency named on the issuing Prize Winner's Travel Voucher. Sponsor is not responsible for arranging dates and times of travel. All associated travel bookings are subject to availability. Black-out periods and other restrictions may apply. Value of the prize issued to the each prize winner cannot exceed the amount as shown on their Prize Winner Travel Voucher. Any amount exceeding said Prize amount will be the sole responsibility of the Winner. A credit will not be issued if the full value of the Travel Voucher is not utilized. All taxes including without limitation, income taxes, associated with the prize and its receipt are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winners. All other expenses such as accommodation, meals, travel documentation fees, spending money and additional travel beyond what is purchased using the Prize Winner Travel Voucher awarded will be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be permitted unless Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All taxes and any expenses not expressly provided for in these Official Rules are solely the responsibility of the recipient. Total number of prizes awarded for the entire Promotion, not to exceed three (3). The prizes will be awarded provided that there are at least as many eligible Entries by the promotion period deadline date; as prizes offered, in order to conduct the drawing as noted above. Limit of one prize per person/family/household. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on the prize and all other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Any documents or Travel Vouchers awarded to the Winner become the responsibility of the Winner upon possession of same and will not be replaced. Any Travel Vouchers awarded are subject to terms and conditions stated thereon. Prizes are awarded "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, by the Sponsor.

PUBLICITY:

Acceptance of any prize shall constitute and signify Winner's agreement and consent, and that of any other individuals within the statement or photo upon execution of a Participation Agreement, that Sponsor and its designees may use the Winner's and individual's names, likeness, photo and/or prize information in connection with the Promotion for promotional, advertising or other purposes, worldwide, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including the Internet, without limitation and without further payment, notification, permission or other consideration, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor and its designees, shall have the right to edit, exploit, adapt, distribute, post, and create derivative works of, in whole or in part, and in combination with other materials, in any manner, for any advertising, promotional, trade, commercial or other purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, and without further payment or consideration, notification or permission.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

Use of any automated entry software, script, macro or any means which subvert the entry process is prohibited and all such entries submitted through such means will be void. By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple entrants having the same email account, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account at the time of entry. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, delayed, undelivered, misdirected, stolen, garbled, incorrect or inaccurate entries, or for any human, typographical or printing error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or web site, inability to submit the online entry form, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this Promotion. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered in any way are void. Releasees are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Promotion or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. If, in the Administrator's opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of this Promotion, or if technical difficulties or computer viruses, bugs, unauthorized intervention or frauds or failures compromise, corrupt or affect the integrity, security, fairness or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Administrator reserves the right to void any entries at issue and/or to suspend, modify or cancel or terminate this Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time without notice, and award the prize in a random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received as of the time of such action. Caution: Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any online service or web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek any and all remedies available from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

By participating in the Promotion, Entrants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Releasees, and each of their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions and any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of the prize (including any travel or travel-related activity thereto) that may be awarded. This Promotion and these Official Rules shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia without regard to its principles of conflicts of law. Jurisdiction and venue shall be solely within the State of Virginia. Released Parties are not responsible for technical, computer, mechanical, printing, typographical, human or other errors relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Promotion related materials. As a condition of entering the Promotion, entrants agree that: a.) under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; b.) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or the prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and c.) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and in no event shall entrant be entitled to receive attorneys' fees or other legal costs Sponsor reserves the right to modify prize award procedures at their discretion.

Information collected from persons participating in this Promotion is subject to Sponsor's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy: http://www.thewinebowgroup.com/privacy. Each participant expressly agrees to the use of his/her personal information for such purpose. The Released Parties will not sell, share or otherwise disclose information collected in any manner with third parties, other than those parties necessary to fulfill the above purposes, unless participant has given his prior express consent to receive additional information from the Released Parties or a third party. Marden-Kane, Inc. has been contracted as an independent third party administrator. The Entry information is shared with Marden-Kane, Inc. for the sole purpose of the selection, notification, and the fulfillment of the prize(s). All information is collected in the United States of America.
