Do these three things after you sign up:

UPS My Choice > My Settings > Edit > If checked, uncheck "I want UPS to automatically renew my membership" and save

UPS My Choice > My Settings > Delivery Options > Upgrade UPS SurePost > Edit > Mark "Automatically upgrade all packages" and save

UPS My Choice > My Settings > Membership Information > Add Household Members > Edit > enter details and save.
In my experience 2 hours delivery window is bogus. They still deliver whenever they feel like. Maybe it depends on the area.

Yeah Amazon ships so much with UPS SurePost and you can upgrade those to regular UPS Ground for free!

I don't think so. Your current one would have to expire as far as I know...

Agreed.

I like it a lot more than I thought I would. I did cancel five minutes after signing up though to stop auto-renew, the normal price is $40 which is nuts. I'd likely do $10/year indefinitely, but I'm not doing $40. Just isn't worth it to me (since I'm not utilising the redirect services or some of the other perks).

Only had one package upgrade from Surepost so far and I order a LOT from Amazon.

You can just cancel the auto-renew without cancelling the membership

it's pretty great - FYI though if the person shipping it restricts the item (credit card companies shipping overnight card replacements) you have very little control over the package even with my choice premium

You can definitely use the 2-hour confirmed delivery window though, which will make it easier to be there to sign for it bouncebounce
