I have only done gotten points on the fixed amount ($25/$50$$100 PP CC ) for Visa , MC and Amex. Obviously with the fee price it's always best to get $100 . You can go to self checkout and once you hit the payment button it should have 4x fuel right under the gift card, if it doesn't you don't have to buy . Unless they actually add this to the no point list they should get 2x regularly and 4x when deals like this appear
