- If you can't complete an order, try Explorer.
- Phones are locked to T-Mobile. T-Mobile requires $100 loaded to a phone before you can request an unlock.
- The $100 card cannot be applied to post-paid accounts.
- You should be able to apply the $100 card to some other existing T-Mobile prepaid account.
- Once applied to your account the $100 is good for 12 months. If you refill in smaller amounts, it's good for 3 months.
- If you want to use your existing T-Mobile account in the new phone, you can just put your SIM in the new phone. If it does not fit, you can cut it or ask a T-Mobile store to replace your SIM with the correct size.
- T-Mobile no longer offers the "gold plan" you might have heard about in the past.

You can choose a prepaid plan with or without data:
