Also do not forget to install Nik plugins from Google. It is very useful for photography and it should work with X9 (it worked with X8).

Thanks OP. This is a great update. Hope we get similar deal for X10 next year.
I am a novice photographer - I took most of my pictures in Aperture Priority mode in my Nikon DSLR with a 35 mm f 1.8 fixed lens for portraits and auto for the rest. I do not use photo editing program - I thought it will be too time consuming.
After some research, I decided to go for this deal mainly because the ultimate version comes with Perfectly Clear SE Plugin ( note: not full version, its special edition version that have 2 less/missing features - Beautify and Beautify + presets).
After spending the last hour playing with the Perfectly Clear - I liked it a lot. Why?
1. Ease of use - Load the picture, click on a preset button ( 6 presets but either vivid or detailed, does the trick for me), and you are done. Pictures do look better.
2. I just recorded the above operation as a script and use batch processing to process roll of vacation photos. Its really easy - 3 steps process - select photos, chose script (that I just recorded and save), select output directory/file names, and done. Its really that easy.
3. Going forward, I have a feeling that I will be batch retouching all photos, since - did I mention - it is really easy.
You can read up about perfectly clear here.

Hope this help someone who is in the same boat as me. Cheers

Added: Found this in Corel forums - DxO Optics Pro 9 free until 2/28/2017
For those that would like some expanded RAW options this is good way to try this out. The lens corrections are it's best feature, and you can link PSP as an external editor. Note: current version is 11 and the its goes from $130 and up.

I'll share a couple of tips that I hope are helpful after my installation experience. After installing the main program and add-on content but before installing the Winter Wonderland (WW) ZIP file, go ahead and run the main program otherwise it looks like not all the directories get created in the right spot. The various subdirectories that the WW ZIP content will be copied to will be located at C:\Users\yourusername\Documents\Corel PaintShop Pro\19.0\
Within the WW ZIP file there are additional ZIP files and each of those have individual PDF instructions as to where to copy the files to. I found this to be a major pain and have no idea why they would not have an automated installation package.
Unzip WW Pictureframes.ZIP to C:\Users\yourusername\Documents\Corel PaintShop Pro\19.0\Picture Frames
Unzip WW Snowflakebrushcollection.ZIP to C:\Users\yourusername\Documents\Corel PaintShop Pro\19.0\Brushes
Unzip WW Winterscripts.ZIP to C:\Users\yourusername\Documents\Corel PaintShop Pro\19.0\Scripts-Restricted
There were no instructions for the collagetemplates and winterclipart ZIP files so I copied them to the Samples directory so that I could know where to find them.
Lastly, if you register the software there are a couple of additional "free" content items that you can download and install. Hope this helps someone. Thanks.
