must be accounts that are REALLY in the flood zones near coyote creek/south side. san jose area to the east of campbell did not get this coupon.. (wasnt a flood zone)

ebay is in san jose so this is there way of leveraging anything/everything to get more sales from locals. the sales teams probably is bored most of the day

I guess I'm an anomaly too. I'm pwt living in a trailer. Just ordered my furnace off eBay. I order from jet.com all the time and they said the average income of their customers is $150k plus. I bet eBay is quite similar.

I'm right on the San Jose/Santa Clara border and I got the discount. I was on ebay checking out items for that $10 off $50 coupon and the 20% offer popped up when I put items in my cart.
