They're fine as long as you don't take all those "yoga" positions too seriously. You're never going to use it in tent mode, for example, because the viewing angle of the TN screen is so poor. Like most TN screens, the panel is manufactured to be viewed directly or slightly above. While this makes sense for traditional laptops, it makes using convertible laptops very cumbersome. Of course glare from the digitizer compounds this problem.

According to the comments the one with the Pentium N3710 is upgradable. I'm guessing that's why geocacher99 implied that one is much more desirable.
