It's a nice airline for sure. (Excluding political commentary.) I took it back from Milan once. New plane, roomy seats, good food. Milan can get you to a lot of places by train including the big cities in Italy (Rome, Florence, Venice, etc).

I booked this deal when it came up in January and it is a huge savings on an amazing carrier.

Pulled the trigger on this and recommend you do it too. We're coming all the way from Hawaii Smilie

take the plunge. work for it. make an effort. it's on the cheap anyway. book it. dedicate your life to making this trip happen. it'll be worth it. Italy is amazing if traveled cautiously.

Coming from Hawaii? What's it like going on vacation...switching from one vacation to the other?

Usually a competitor carrier or two match/beat this when it comes up, i.e. Aitalia, Delta, etc.

I have great status on Delta and I live in NYC, and I wanna go to Milan!

Easily. Emirates is easily top 10 of all airlines Worldwide. Hell I would even say top 3. Only Singapore, Qatar, Etihad and Cathy Pacific would challenge them for better.. and thats really talking about business & first class seating and amenities. If we are talking economy class seating.. theres a good chance they might be number one worldwide.
