E-Rewards has deactivated some accounts of long time members. I saw some complaints on Survey Police about it. I got curious and looked at their Facebook Page. Under a few of the posts by E-Rewards I see people having the same issue in the comment section. Some have been members for over 10 years. Some have lost 100's of dollars. Check your accounts. I just cashed out to be on the safe side. I only had enough for the lowest gift card but I a glad I did just in case!

They deactivated mine earlier this month... I got this message: Member account has been deactivated at Member's request or due to extended inactivity. Please contact Member Services to reinstate your account.

I have been doing their surveys regularly, so I'm not sure why it's been deactivated...I've been a member since 2001 or so! Loved getting Macy's or Starbucks gc from them...

I sent them an email on the 4th, no answer.

Mine has been deactivated for inactivity many times and i have been able to get it back numerous of times by simply emailing them.Wink

Holy cow...same here but I never got any notice. My account has been totally active. Rats, they only let you cash in limited amounts each quarter trust me I cash out wherever I can right away. I was finally able to email them, I hope I can recover those points. I am really upset.

Got stiffed when I was nearing my cashout months ago from E-Rewards and then I just wrote them off as a bad survey company. I don't bother to Email to give them an opportunity to make it right, because most often when a survey company defrauds you, they are already in the wrong, and they just simply will not reply. Been there, done that. It's best to just move on and keep an active Sh!tlist of those companies that are untrustworthy. Read the URL when you are taking a survey from a survey amalgamater and exit out of the fraud sites. Of course, YMMV.

i do know that someone hacked into my account about a month ago and "rewarded themselves" with my "money " but they did return the "money" to my account as i told them to look at my history and see that i do not "buy" the stuff that was "purchased" and they did return the funds no questions asked.

I disengaged from E-rewards when they upped the amount of points to redeem.

This is from 2010 :
Your account will be debited $45.00 in e-Rewards Currency.
To accept the terms and conditions and redeem this Reward, enter your e-Rewards password and click.
For a $25.00 AE gift card.

Now it is $70 in e-currency for the same amount gift card! Fu@k that!
Now they steal the points!

So bad...never heard back from them at all. I never had an issue in all these years....just really stinks. It was a lotta cash because I only liked one or two of the merchants and they limit you to quarterly gc per merchant.
