PayPal sent out an e-mail this morning with a coupon code for $5 off your next purchase of $15.00 or more at eBay.com when you pay with PayPal.
I have two different PayPal accounts and only one of them got the e-mail so this should be YMMV. The title of the e-mail is "Enjoy $5 off $15+ at eBay" and it is from PayPal.
