For me, US Mobile customer service was immediate and very effective. Infimobile is not as easy, but they got the job done when I had the need. The price of Infimobile however is much better.

When we were in Canada I was able to use wifi calling at our hotel. I have Infimobile's Verizon SIM. I did not try texting on wifi. I know I could not get regular cellular text or calling while there.

Their data is slow. Sometimes, the data rate is so slow that it was as if there's was no signal, but there were signal bars. It's cheap enough that i am willing to overlook the speed.
