SD.net Texas Hold'm Poker Tournament - FINAL RANKINGS 2006

SD.net Texas Hold'm Tournament (Final Standings, 2006)
Based on current voting (see poll in this thread), the least number of conflicts for regular players is on Monday.
Tournament Format:
- Mondays, 9pm on PokerStars.com, $5+0.50 entry fee each week. First event next Monday, January 1st!
- Open to all Loungers and they can invite guests
- Additional SlickDealers are welcome to apply to participate, PM to apply
- Weekly password is selected from previous week's winner
- Points accumulate with each game played, champion crowned each quarter
- Seeking sponsors for the event - ie participants welcome to supply promotional items from their business or regifted Christmas gifts. Please PM me if you'd like to supply something ... anything! (Vec & Goatroper have expressed noted interest)
- Championship event (end of 2007) will match all quarterly/annual winners in a higher stakes game (open for discussion)
2006 Tournament Results
Congratulations to Vec who pretty much dominated the tournament from start to finish and wins the points title for 2006. Since no money in a sidepot was established for the winner, all I can suggest is that his reputation as a poker player increases.
We'll start points with a fresh slate in 2007 and reset every quarter. Not sure what day we'll play, but the tournament will be moved from 930pm EST to either 8, 830, or 9 pm. Please indicate in the poll which days you cannot make on a regular basis.
