They are generally not high enough for snowy areas. I just went to NY & did not see a lot of Priuses. Because they salt the roads you also get a lot of rust if the car is low to the ground.

Check you state tax rebate too. I believe MD gets $125 for every kwh. A Prime has a 8.8 kwh battery so another $1100 from MD tax.

I think it's 0.9% or get the cash rebate. Taking the rebate is much better unless you have really bad credit.
But they charge way too much for the doc fee. It's an excellent deal otherwise.
