I've had my LG C1 since release with thousands of hours of use. There is 0 burn in. You really have to try to mess it up if you want burn in.

My 65" B1 doesn't have burn in but has hundreds of dead and stuck pixels around the edges. If you sit 8-10' back or so its not noticeable.

This deal is not that good. You can get a 77 c4 from lg partners store. Including free sound bar and mounting for 1550ish. No wasting time driving to costco etc.
