SIM card came inserted in the phone. The first time I turned on the phone activation started. While setting up online account, it did say contact customer service if you dong know the pin.

Yea happened to me as well. I filed a dispute with Chase and got a refund temporarily while they resolve it. Paramount immediately cancelled my sub after I opened the dispute.
