I've been buying WAG gc, just choose the ones where the lowest initial value is $5. I keep these GCs handy for sale items. I'll do this everyday until I use all the cards with the offer in it.

You could buy a Google Play GC and use that towards app, but generally the lowest amount for the GC in stores is $10. Not sure why so many people don't know what to buy, just use it the next time...
