Looks like I'll get the reward on my next statement in a few weeks. When I log in and go to Rewards, the "Net Rewards Points Since Last Statement" jumped by 2500 overnight.

How so? 12 weeks after 5/31 (promotion end date) is 8/23. I wouldn't even bother contacting them before then.
