I keep getting payment declined. Even added a new card, not Discover, and still doesn't work. Apple Pay works fine for me on other instances. Looks like we are the guinea pigs to get the bugs worked...

Should be a button that says "Use your gift card," and it gives you the option of auto-loading it to the Starbucks app or showing the barcode to use in the cafe.

You need to go back to imessage and then go to the store again where you would see the $5 gift card which you have to send.

Apologies if this has been answered, but the Starbucks App doesn't accept certain credit cards (such as Discover.) so if that is all you have on Apple Pay it will prompt you to set it up still.

Had same issue as many others; egift was not showing on iMessage as incoming message (sent to myself) only that I sent it so there was no barcode, option to resend, etc. I had received the emails...

I've bought thru BofA Apple Pay, and got gift card (5+5) too... Once you get the gift card thru email, then go to iMessage and click Starbucks app, send the free gift card to your number thru...
