It can handle CS Go at highest settings and in fact any games. It is the GPU which will hold you down.

Shouldn't there be an SSD in there somewhere? Even a little 500GB one? You can add one for $120, as I did to my laptop, which made a world of difference.

CSGO is more cpu dependant so I think this would get pretty good fps in CSGO.
