Got it to work. (after some effort) I should qualify for this promotion, as I've never used PrimeNow and met the minimum spend. It still gave me the "cannot be applied error" in red a few times. ...

Worked fine for me - actually saw an ad for it and used it yesterday -- are others not using primenow.amazon.com ?? You also have to use an amex card ;)
