I really don't know how you can have 7 lines for $100 (sounds like a great plan) but for me it does not change. The price on top remains the same when i shift to the 4GB plan from 2.5GB.

Look at you plan details after you switched to the 4GB plan. Go to your t-mobile account on desktop and click on "plan", and click on the plan details for each line. You plan will still say "2.5GB...
