I see that store 1455 is priced at $15 (on Brickseek), but when using walmart's own site - the sku is not coming up for that store. I have been able to find brickseek's price on the main walmart...

If you have a fairly big room then a real surround sound system is a much better choice (louder, richer sound plus you'll have a bunch of inputs hdmi inputs for several components). These are good...

One store had it for $139 two weeks ago. Shoulda grabbed it, but talked myself out of it. All other stores were sold out at $199. Guessing this is a pretty extreme YMMV.
