I've only used this once, they needed the exact return shipping amount charged to be itemized in order to be refunded. I never got a refund confirmation email from the vendor so I didn't have this,...

The overall program maybe, but not the 12 purchase eligibility. I just searched and saw the previous frontpage deals from last year, and they still say 11.

What do you mean that eBay subsidizes return shipping? In ebay, I initiated a return request and already shipped the item being returned. I don't see any way in ebay to recover what I paid to ship...

I think Ebay purchases are covered under Paypal, by extension (since they are the payment processor). Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
