No, you can't have a line without a device. You can use the S8+ from the Samsung deal to temporarily park on that line until it's ported out completely if you want to sell the G6 right away.

Depends on if the buyer wants to use it on Verizon. If he wants to use it on Verizon, you would have to swap the phone out on your line with another phone or wait till your line is ported out...
