The TCL is 60Hz. But that is irrelevant. All broadcast is at 60Hz and movies are at 24Hz. The important question is whether the Tv can support 24P. We have to wait for the full review for that info.

I am not sure about what you just said. VA panels have the best black levels among transmissive filter screens. Only emissive technologies like OLED and Plasmas have better blacks.
