yes but I believe you wont get digits. You can flash the rom to Tmobile's rom to get digits working natively (instead of needing an app)

absolutely agree for US unlocked models like the deal. if I buy another Samsung phone it will be international unlocked for sure... took 5 months longer to receive upgrade than even the ATT variant...
