That just means you get 5000SB after the first donation and another 5000SB after the seventh donation. There are smaller SB rewards for the in between months.

yeah...I, too, changed my payment frequency to "one-time" after the very first donation and they STILL charged my card the second month, with the payment frequency mysteriously set back to "monthly"....
