correct, it's not on the box itself. It's in that silver pouch. The SIM card is in there ....I believe that the iccid is the sim id number, correct?

That's LITERALLY the opposite of what you should do. Do NOT put in a Verizon sim, use a sim from any other carrier.

Small Crack on display, and just not as snappy as I'd like. Don't get me wrong, it's still very usable, though. I'd also like Band 12 for T-Mobile which my 6 Plus does not have.

Hope it is sim free model., except usually those are subject to USRFP. Flex policy locks to carrier of first inserted sim. Did you try another network sim?
