Why do they even make resistive touch panels still? I really think Pioneer need to switch over to capacitive on their entire car audio lineup. Some OEM mfg already do this.

You'll have to cut the pigtails off your old radio's harness and reinstall it onto the pioneer's harness, but yeah you should be able to.
