No fee for prepaid IF it's sealed. BB has now fully implemented their $35. restock fee for any phone, prepaid or otherwise if opened/used. There is no fee involved if a exchange due to a defect issue.

I returned my cards in store. They were shipped to my house. The top-left on the back of the card says not refundable or returnable. I had to get a manager override. They only gave me store credit.
