Possibly, but if you look at the clock speeds for the synthetic benchmarks those would seem to indicate performance below a GTX 1080 especially on air.

Closest interm of overall? According to a few pages back, these Vega cards tend to consume more power. However, they certainly support more future graphic technologies.

It's software based so it should cost little to nothing. Gsync requires physical hardware on the monitor, therefore better but more expensive.
