well.. $350 is not a lot of money... just spend another $50 and buy a 3 or 4 year extended warranty... assuming the TV has a decent picture.

You won't find a refresh rate at 4K higher than 60 Hz for now due to HDMI limitations. Eventually that will change but not sure when the next HDMI upgrade will be available
