I pay $30for the T-Mobile 5gb Walmart prepaid which there are no taxes or fees when I buy from Target I always use personal hotspot that comes out of the 5g should my Dad and I switch to this.

No, but when you hit 32gb and at the same time you are on a congested tower they can slow you down. Verizon does it at 26gb, Sprint at 28gb, I think att is the same as Sprint
