I am almost 100 percent positive that doesn't mean it's free. I follow the TMobile subreddit and while some get eligible to add a free line, most have it paid, you should check it isn't 3 for 90

I don't use Twitch, but video's downgraded to about 480p at 1.5 (unless your video provider can serve up better quality at that speed.)
