I just upgraded from S6 Edge as well. I must say it is an awesome phone and totally worth of upgrade. I believe you can pay it off early if you wish to do that and unlocked it once paid in full.

I actually found liquid shield is pretty good as well covering the case. No bubbles and leave a glass looks, unlike some other protector with orange peel looks. I bought the case friendly version....
