Target's return policy on prepaid phones varies from store to store. You will need to contact the store that you bought it from. My store does not accept returns of prepaid phones that were opened.

In developer options turn off auto updates. E4 forum was talking about that so Verizon can't do anything.

Thanks for help. I set up ATT APN and everything is working! My mistake I thought APN is only meant for data... This is an excellent deal, hope Verizon won't plug this hole sooner.

Try to set Preferred Network Type in Cellular Networks to 3G. Make a phone call or two then set it back to 4G/LTE. Also, make sure you have the correct APN for AT&T.

When you place the order for the code, write down the IMEI number in the box "Message to Seller" at checkout. It will take about 10-20 mins.
