Just use your regular propane grill to cook your meat. Alternatively, you can do with kitchen oven or sous vide method. Or you can head to Dickey's Barbecue Pit or Kinder. IMHO, I don't think...

Pellet smokers use about 3lbs an hour so a 10hr smoke would likely require a refill and 1.5 bags of pellets. $ 17ish for 30lbs of pellets is also an expensive smoke.
