If the Qnix is a regular 16:9 monitor, then this one would be lower resolution and refresh rate (up to 75hz), but it's ultrawide and has Freesync. So it's a tradeoff.

Might want to double check your monitor -- UM58s only come with 2 HDMI inputs; no DP. One big difference between UM58 and UM59 -- UM59 has freesync, UM58 doesnt

I have an older model of this (29UM58/US). As much as I love my ultrawide, it's not ideal for gaming. Skip this if you want a gaming monitor. Side note: mine doesn't support 75hz at the highest...
