You have to contact T-mobile to have your IMEI added to their database. Best way is through Twitter message to TForce. I've had 3 phones unlocked this way.

That's not how it works. They'll get your credit card information from your bank. If it were that easy you'd see everyone charging cards and requesting a new card and trying to scam the merchant.
