The BTnotifier app offered by Shenzhen Fun on Google play is the correct application if using Android. It worked for me while the watch was functional.

I was able to connect my iPhone 6 to it thru bt and was able to dial out with it. The watch has crappy speaker and mic so you can talk thru it.
