most houses have sensors already prewired. go the better route and use konnected.io to convert those hardwired sensors that route to your control panel to zwave for a truer slickdeal.

The garage sensor doesn't work well, and several of the others don't work at all. Read the reviews, most of the items have reviews from Wink users stating whether or not they work.

I have 2 of the garage sensors. I used 1 in the upper garage at first (later converted the upper garage to a Chamberlin gateway), then moved it and installed a second sensor in the lower garage also....
