Just an FYI that Fred Meyer, which is part of the Kroger family is not coded as a "Supermarket" for Amex. I never get the 3% CB using my Blue Cash when I shop at Fred Meyer.

That happened to me also. I spent over $100 at Safeway on the weekend, got the email and then it disappeared from my offers but I checked my account today and see that I got 1500 MR points.
