They should absolutely definitely do something like this for the 5x. I've had 3 of them fail with bootloop and thereafter power up issues. I've loosely correlated the failures with Android updates...

I just had them replace mine which I had since 2015, loving the battery life on the xl. Literally had 7 hours screen on time and still lasted me till I went to bed.

So overnight something changed; the OEM Unlock button became toggle-able. Maybe the delay is attributable to the time it takes for the Google system to recognize that we shipped back the old phone ....

Really did you call Google or huwai for that tried today and they wanted to transfer to huwai telling me they don't do that since last month lol...another rep another try I guess...the sd way:D
