Not a bad price for that weight and temp rating. Definitely not "The warmest, most functional quilt ever built.", but perhaps ever build by Sierra Designs. At $100 this would be a proper Slick Deal.

The 20 degree version got a lot of love from section hiker, getting dinged only for weight. Considered picking one up, but I think I'll hold back and get something a little warmer/lighter.

there's several cottage manufacturers that are going to get you warmer and lighter, granted at a cost. Or buy used off one of the hiking forums.

Definitely. Have my eye on an EE Revelation 30. I know they're the same temp rating, but from what I gather, EE is conservative on their rating, while Sierra Designs is pushing it with theirs.

The SD quilt is lighter, by about a lb as it uses a slightly higher fill weight and is rated ~10F less warm. My guess is the Klymit temp rating is more accurate towards the comfort end than the SD...
